Latakia Harbor
This issue depicts the ancient port of Latakia (Lattaquié). The central vignette shows small boats in the harbor against a backdrop of coastal architecture and a prominent minaret. The frame uses an interlocking geometric pattern reminiscent of traditional Arabesque art.
